Cookies Notice

This notice explains the limited use of cookies and browser storage in Workshop Commitment Tracker. It is narrower than a marketing-website cookie policy because the platform currently focuses on essential functionality.

Effective date: 18 June 2026Last updated: 18 June 2026

1. Current platform approach

WCT currently relies on essential authentication and session technologies together with limited browser storage needed for platform operation.

At present, the platform is not designed to use advertising cookies, social media tracking cookies or marketing analytics cookies for workshop users.

2. Essential cookies

Essential cookies are required for secure login, session continuity, route protection, language preference and safe use of the platform.

Without these cookies, sign-in and protected workshop pages may not work correctly.

3. Local browser storage

WCT may use limited local storage for operational continuity such as preserving the active language, workspace display state, remembered workshop selections, and small interface preferences needed for the current user experience.

These items are used for platform functionality, not for behavioural advertising or audience tracking.

4. Why these technologies are used

They are used only to keep users signed in securely, preserve essential preferences, support workflow continuity and render the correct role/workshop interface where needed.

5. Browser controls

You can manage cookies and storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies or clearing active storage may sign you out or prevent parts of the platform from working.

6. Future changes

If non-essential analytics, tracking, or advertising technologies are introduced later, this notice should be updated first and any required consent mechanism should be assessed before launch.
